Our bakery space is small but our selection is huge!
We have an extensive selection of freshly baked breads while we also feature local favorites (bagels and challah from the New Mt Pleasant Bakery, Perecca’s bread and pizza, Heidelberg breads, Alvarado Street Breads made with organic grains, and Rock Hill Bakery products.
Got a sweet tooth? Try our cheesecakes and carrot cakes made for us by Cheesecake and more. Morningkill pies are another local favorite. Delancy bakery in Brooklyn supplies us with wonderful rugelach and other delicacies. We bake our own donuts, cookies, turnovers, and biscuits. Our Sunday morning muffins special have become a new Niskayuna tradition.
If you have special dietary needs, check us out. We offer locally made Robbies’s gluten free cookies in many different flavors.
